Commercial Property Photography for Listings & Marketing

We shoot with a Canon R5 (and a Canon 90D as a second body) across a range of fixed and wide-angle lenses — clean, consistent interior and exterior photography, shot to one standard whether it's a single listing or a 200-unit portfolio, and turned around fast enough to hit your marketing deadline.

WHAT YOU GET

One shoot, every angle covered.

Interior & Exterior Coverage

Every angle a listing or marketing package actually needs — lobby, amenities, unit interiors, curb appeal — shot to one consistent standard.

High-Resolution Files

Full-resolution images delivered ready for print, web, and MLS/listing platforms — no upscaling or re-shoots needed later.

Consistent Style Across a Portfolio

The same lighting and editing standard applied whether it's one property or fifty, so a multi-site portfolio looks like one shoot, not twenty different photographers.

Condition Documentation

Timestamped photo sets for asset condition records — before/after renovation, move-in/move-out, or insurance documentation.

Scheduling

Capture to delivery in as little as 48 hours.

We shoot around your property's schedule — vacant units, active leasing, tenant hours — so a shoot never disrupts the property you're trying to market.

HOW IT WORKS

Our Process

From the first call to edited files in your inbox, the same team shoots, edits, and delivers — no coordinator, no surprises at handoff.

01

The First Call

You'll spend 20–30 minutes on a call directly with the team doing the work, not a salesperson. We'll talk through your building, your timeline, and what you actually need at the end. If it's not a fit, you'll hear that on the call.

02

Onsite Capture

We plan the visit around how your building runs — after hours for retail, around tenants for occupied buildings. You'll know exactly who's on site and when.

03

Processing

Once we leave site, your data is processed and checked before anything goes out. You're not the quality control.

04

Delivery

You get your files in whatever format you actually work in — Matterport link, CAD, Revit, or straight video/photo files — plus a quick handoff call so nothing gets lost.

WHO IT'S FOR

Industries

Commercial Real Estate

Give a listing photography that actually gets clicks — consistent, high-resolution images instead of whatever a phone camera can grab on a walkthrough.

Architecture & Engineering Firms

Document a completed project the way it was designed to be seen, for a portfolio, a proposal, or an awards submission.

Developers & General Contractors

Photograph a finished project for marketing and case studies before punch-list changes or tenant move-ins change how it looks.

Property & Facilities Management

Keep a current, consistent photo record of every property in a portfolio — useful for marketing, insurance, and internal reporting alike.

Insurance

Timestamped condition photography for pre-loss baselines or post-loss claims — a clear, dated visual record instead of a disputed description.

Multifamily

Photograph model units and amenities to the same standard across every property in a portfolio, so leasing materials never look inconsistent building to building.

QUESTIONS

FAQ

What's included in a typical shoot?+

Interior and exterior coverage — lobby, amenities, common areas, and unit interiors as needed — shot to a consistent style. We'll scope exact coverage on the intro call based on the property.

How fast do I get the final images?+

Capture to delivery is as little as 48 hours. Images are edited and checked before delivery — you're not doing quality control.

What file formats and resolution do I get?+

Full-resolution edited files, ready for print, web, or MLS/listing platforms without any upscaling.

Can you photograph an occupied or active property?+

Yes — we plan the shoot around your property's schedule, including active leasing, tenant hours, or partial vacancy, so it doesn't disrupt daily operations.

Do you shoot portfolios across multiple properties?+

Yes — we apply the same lighting and editing standard across an entire portfolio, so every property looks like it came from one consistent shoot, whether it's 2 properties or 50.

Do you cover properties outside South Florida?+

Yes — we're headquartered in Miami but shoot nationwide and internationally, with projects across 23 states and 19 countries to date.

Can you also do video or a 3D tour at the same visit?+

Yes — video and Matterport 3D tours can be scheduled alongside a photography shoot in the same site visit, so you're not coordinating multiple crews.
