About Rigid Visuals

Sebastian Arenas
I've run services businesses before this, in the B2B space. Rigid Visuals started during the pandemic — an early client needed a technician in Miami, and I took the job before I owned the equipment, betting the work would pay it back.
It did. Not long after, I scanned a yacht for free, purely to have the portfolio piece. The owner paid me anyway — and then the broker selling it called. He had ten luxury vessels sitting in the Bahamas with offers pending and buyers who couldn't fly in to see them. I could. That work built this company.
Seven years on, we've captured more than 20 million square feet across 23 states and 19 countries — warehouses, offices, hotels, multifamily, and plenty that didn't fit a category. Most of it delivered quietly, behind other firms' brands. They came to us first because we were local to the job, or because we could get a qualified tech on site for less than their own crew or another contractor could. They kept coming back because the work came back right the first time.
Everyone who works a Rigid Visuals job is certified. Me, my technicians, and any operator I bring in — Matterport certified, FAA Part 107 licensed for drone work, OSHA 10+. The company is insured and every tech carries their own insurance. Nobody unqualified sets foot on your property under our name.
What I'd actually want you to know: when you call Rigid Visuals, you get me. Not an account manager, not a dispatcher, not a form that routes to someone who'll get back to you Tuesday. I scope every project and I'm responsible for every one of them. If something's wrong, you're talking to the person who can fix it. That's not a service promise — it's just how a company this size should work, and it's why firms keep sending us documentation they can't afford to have done twice.

Rigid Visuals started in 2020, in the early months of the pandemic — when site visits stopped being possible right as commercial real estate depended on them most, for leasing, inspections, and due diligence. Documenting a property accurately enough that no one had to physically be there wasn't a pivot. It was the whole idea.
Growth from there was gradual and client-driven — one project, then a referral, then another industry entirely. What began as South Florida real estate documentation now covers architecture and engineering firms, developers and general contractors, property managers, hospitality, and insurance — not because we set out to serve all of them, but because the work held up across every one.
The work itself covers Matterport virtual tours, drone/aerial mapping, commercial photography, and as-built documentation (scan-to-CAD, scan-to-BIM) for clients across South Florida, nationwide, and international markets. It's still run the way it started: every project, from a single tour to a full as-built package, is scoped and delivered by the same small team — not handed off to a coordinator or a rotating subcontracted crew.
