1. Service Overview

Rigid Visuals LLC provides professional photography and visual services, including, but not limited to, drone photography, Matterport 3D tours, and site audits for clients in real estate, construction, and related industries.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $200 or 50% of the originally agreed invoice amount, whichever is higher.

3. Payment Terms

All services are billed upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless different terms are agreed to in advance and noted on the invoice. Unpaid invoices accrue interest at a standard rate of 5% for each 30-day period following the payment due date until paid in full.

4. Usage Restrictions

The imagery, Matterport virtual tours, and other content created by Rigid Visuals LLC are licensed exclusively to the client who ordered the service. You are granted a perpetual license to use the content for your professional purposes. However, you may not transfer, sell, or sublicense the content to any third party without our prior written approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rigid Visuals LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, and such changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where a service is performed.
